Move with more awareness. Get curious about what your body is communicating. Create space to slow down, breathe, explore, and experience yourself a little differently.
For me, yoga began at sixteen as a way to build a more compassionate relationship with my own body and mind. More than two decades of teaching later, that same spirit of curiosity, connection, and self-discovery continues to shape every class and workshop I offer.
I teach ongoing yoga classes in partnership with studios throughout the Phoenix area. Because schedules, pricing, availability, and registration are managed by each host studio, you’ll reserve your space directly through the studio offering the class.
My workshops are immersive experiences centered around different areas of somatics, embodiment, resilience, yoga, meditation, eco-therapy, and personal growth.

This 3-day intensive takes a deep dive into the pillars of Trauma Informed Care applied to helping professionals or teachers wanting to support special populations and communities and to be better equipped for working with trauma sensitive clients.
Every so often, I offer or collaborate on retreats that create space to step outside the rhythm of everyday life and settle more deeply into the practice. With more time to slow down and be present, these experiences invite deeper reflection, connection, and discovery without rushing toward what comes next.
Sometimes, a little space is all we need to hear what’s already there.
