Sometimes healing asks us to look back.
Sometimes it asks us to become more present with what’s here.
And sometimes it’s less about fixing yourself and more about discovering who you are now.
My holistic approach brings together psychology, somatic and body-based practices, energy work, contemplative conversation, creativity, and nature to support healing, resilience, and meaningful growth.
Sessions often include deep, contemplative conversation. I offer a bird's-eye view of what's happening, help illuminate new perspectives, and work with you to build tools that make sense for your particular needs.
But we don't have to stay in conversation.
Depending on what we're exploring, our time together may incorporate different modalities and practices.
We pay attention to the body's responses, sensations, movement, breath, and nervous system creating opportunities to work with patterns that words alone may not reach.
When appropriate, EMDR-informed practices can help us work with experiences, beliefs, and responses that continue to feel activated or unresolved.
Reiki, Qigong, polarity, and other energetic practices offer another way of exploring regulation, release, and the relationship between body, energy, and emotional experience.
Sometimes we talk. Deeply.
We'll explore the way thoughts, emotions, experiences, and beliefs affect your choices and relationships while looking for new perspectives and actionable ways forward.
Art, mindfulness, eco-therapy, time outdoors, metaphor, and earth-based practices can give us ways to explore experiences that aren't always easy—or necessary to put into words.
Good healing work knows when to look back—and when to face forward.
It’s to create greater
awareness, resilience, choice,
and connection
so you can participate more fully in
the life happening now.
